Norman Veit

Norm Veit is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The McCartney Foundation which proudly helps a variety of organizations that serve the hearing impaired and special needs communities.   Before this, Norm spent 40 years in the retail and manufacturing industries holding senior-level executive roles.  Having recently retired as Chief Operating Officer at Alex and Ani Jewelry, he has also served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Century 21 Stores, as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Bon Ton Stores, and before that as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Jones Group.   Norm has also served on the Board of Tuesday’s Children, a non-profit organization providing services to families impacted by the 9/11 tragedy, members of the military and their families dealing with PTSD, severe injury or loss, and families impacted by other tragedies throughout the United States.

Dr Todd Hobbs

Dr. Todd Hobbs is a seasoned medical expert and currently the Chief Medical Officer at Diasome Pharmaceuticals Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a novel hepatocyte cell drug targeting platform. Dr. Hobbs' career includes diverse clinical and medical experiences. Most notably, he made significant contributions in leadership roles at Novo Nordisk for nearly eighteen years, including serving as its Chief Medical Officer in North America for seven years. Before joining industry, Dr. Hobbs spent the earlier part of his career in clinical practice, focusing on the intensive management of diabetes patients of all ages. Additionally during his clinical career, he served as the chairman of a large regional medical center's medicine department in Kentucky. Dr. Hobbs' academic credentials include a medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and Primary Care based residency, complemented by executive training from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Madison E. Veit

Ms. Veit is currently serving in the Office of Philanthropic Partnerships at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology located in Cambridge, MA. Prior to this she worked in the Intellectual Property law firm of Lando and Anastasia LLP in Boston MA. Ms. Veit is a Cumulate graduate of The Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
