Who We Serve

The McCartney Foundation is proud to help a variety of organizations that serve the hearing impaired and special needs communities. A sampling of these organizations are below.

Tuesday's Children

Through a time-tested, long-term approach, Tuesday’s Children programming serves and supports our nation’s military families of the fallen. We keep the promise to support all those impacted by Tuesday, September 11th and its ripple effects. We build resilience and common bonds in communities worldwide recovering from tragedies.

Michigan School for the Deaf

The Michigan School for the Deaf was founded in 1848 by an act of the State Legislature. Governor Ransom, governor at the time, suggested to the Legislature that a joint school for the deaf and dumb and the blind be established. E.H. Thomson introduced a bill to the Legislature.

THE MARIST BROTHERS CENTER

St. Marcellin Champagnat, founder of the Marist Brothers, felt a personal call to establish a community that would bring the message of love for all. His vision lives on through the Marist Brothers Center at Esopus – Mid-Hudson Valley Camp, where all walks of life are welcome to the Center’s retreat.
